There can be damage and possible voiding of the warranty if mis-installed or the product is abused in instances of but not limited to:
- Product installation without proper adjustments to door stops to avoid impact to a wall.
- Abuse to the pull by means of excessive force, twist, or push beyond normal hands free pull operation
- Lack of thru bolt installation.
